I wonder how much longer the SEC will sit back while the company issues PRs about how well it's doing with tidbits of information, yet seems no closer to filing the financial results it promised shareholders months ago.
I suspect someone is getting desperate to get some shares sold and has thrown caution to the wind. Not a wise approach, IMHO.
