Ms Mitchell has been retained to work on the filings. She has been out of town for the last two months due to a loss in the family from what I am told. To straighten out this mess is going to take some time. I don't think even Margiotti anticipated the time and recources necessary to bring the company up to date. After hearing from Ms Mitchel I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and a little more time. At least we know Ms Mitchel is real and is working on it. If nothing happens by the end of the year I will probably be back on the scam theory. My opinion of course.
