tex for me its real simple. If QASP shares are never exchanged for centacom shares then Owens word means nothing and I will never invest in anything he does. Simple as that. I lost money on QASp not ebcause of Owens. I will lose opportunity he offered in centacom if he doesn't make it happen. Really don't care how he said he make it happen no matter what.
I agree, it's not that hard to take a public shell, roll in a private company, then try to include good people and an investor base who already got screwed elsewhere.
