1)it is not a elected peep from the commonshareholders
2)it is not one of the peeps that was in the self appointed "group of reps" that started the bridge to no where, we all came to know as the "PP"

3)it is the peep that self appointed himself and started a fundraiser for jeff to build another bridge to no where, that we all came to know as the "faster,quicker,better,hire a lawyer,way"

if you are asking about the libel issue, then 2) the group of reps also "quack"ifies.
but not number 1) cuz #1) never haped... did it?
