I am not worried about that because I am confident it is a VERY significant reason (many that have been talked about) for him doing so.

But, you are correct, there is no reson to hide the O/S number. So feel free to call and talk to him about it.

What is there to discuss??? All one can do is speculate in the absence of information from the company. Lot of needless bytes being wasted, IMO. Time for real discussion is when that info becomes available. GLTA.

Let's talk. If you take 6 billion dollars out of your bank account to buy a small country and that money is sitting on your kitchen table how much of that 6 billion have you parted with? So if the a/s has been raised but is still sitting without being touched how much dilution has there been? Can i give a more in depth example? ok. you have 6 apples. Johnny is coming to take 3 but he is not here yet,how many apples do you still have? Can i give you some more examples?
