We always read into things and speculate. I agree with your thoughts and the way I read the message is the deal is on but not exacly as we were initially told. If the deal wasn't on we would be told as there wouldn't be any reason to hold back the news.

The delayed timing of the PR is based on corporate guidelines. The biggest question to me is what the structure and business model will look like?

Yes Ealano, I agree with you! This sounds like it's going to be a partnership now instead of an aquisition. We will be supplying this and this, they will be in charge of and supplying this and this.

But we will have to wait and see as "Change is the changeless state!"
