2. The question of why the 14F is delayed is one for the lawyers. Since as you and others have pointed out, very similar board (nominated) and officer (tbd) is likely at both companies, as I have said before, there was a priority to get PLC funded since it is responsible to build the projects, and then turn attention to SLMU. A simple press release explaining this is what I've asked for, and hope that others still agree is the right thing. The reticence of some, due to missed previous deadlines, is symbolic of the concern that saying little is sometimes worse than saying nothing.
3. I stand by my statement that progress has been made. The shares of SLMU were sitting at around a penny last year at this time, with not anything to show hope for. Today is a different story, albeit one that is in need of improvement.
As others have said, nobody is holding a gun to the heads of those who choose to stay invested and hold the course. There is NO disagreement about the quality of our IR initiatives to date. And note that all of this is my own voice speaking for myself, and never on behalf of the company.
