#16695 RE: sunbits #16694

There you go folks. In black and white. SLMU is like the ugly red headed step child of Michael Matvieshen and Sunlogics.

there was a priority to get PLC funded since it is responsible to build the projects, and then turn attention to SLMU

2 No, the question why no 14f is not one for the lawyers. It's one for YOU. Lawyers do what they are told to do and what they are paid to do. It's not their fault or responsibility and I find it offensive that you continue to try to obfuscate your responsibility here. If you don't know why, ask yourself first why you haven't asked it of yourself already, then see if you have the bandwidth to get an answer.

There is always more than enough "bandwidth" to do the right thing but Sass and everyone else are satisfied with doing nothing regarding SLMU other than what is absolutely required by law until they decide THEY need it for some purpose. That could be a week or 5 years.

Since they seem to have gotten more than adequate funding from GM, they might not even need to liquidate those Green Zones to free up capital to build more. In truth, they may never find it necessary to pay attention to SLMU and might just decide to cash in on it by doing another Reverse Merger with a non-related company by issuing enough shares that the current shareholders wind up with less than 10% of the total OS post acquisition.

They have totally rejected the fact that they can and should tend to both companies at the same time but, as you can see from Sass' statement, such is not the case. Welcome to When We Feel Like Getting Around To It, Inc.

It is obvious to me that no one, including apparently those charged with the responsibility to move this company forward, have the character or bandwidth to do so. I think, given his attitude toward this and Michael's as well, folks would be wise to heed his suggestion that no one is holding a gun to your head and go find a company where management actually wants to make something of the company and cares at least slightly, about the shareholders. It's obvious no one here does.
