The fact the company has not yet complied with Rule 14f, doesn't negate my point. If Michael dismisses your concerns out of hand claiming he doesn't have the bandwidth to issue a press release when you are quite capable, apparently, of doing so on your own, regardless if the appointment as a director has been confirmed or not, what is the point of being a director. Seems you and the rest of the board are nothing but a bunch of puppets who lack the bandwidth to demand the company live up to its responsibilities to its shareholders.
As to the 14f, what's the hold up on that? Looks to me like it's just another failure of the company to take care of basic housekeeping. You guys were appointed back in February. How long does it take to call your attorney and say "prepare the forms and get them filed"? Hmmm maybe the company phones are VOIP and lack the bandwidth to transmit the call because that call only takes about 30 seconds.
Do you really want another failure on your resume? How are you going to excuse this one away? "We didn't have the bandwidth to do what was right"??? Pitiful.. downright pitiful!
