Until a section 14F is filed, nominated directors are just that..nominated. The term "director in waiting" was borrowed by me as it was coined by another iHub board poster, and I thought it was appropriate.
As for the last company, its path to failure is without question largely on my shoulders, and for the period during which I was CEO, I take full responsibility.
