because its hard to believe a guy who is willing to retire some of his own shares to prevent dilution would all of the sudden decide its ok to suddenly dump shares

The CEO, Mark Leonard, returned to the Company 368 million shares of his common stock, which were
cancelled. The Company subsequently issued additional common shares in a series of 504 private
placements to raise $140,000 in capital.

that doesnt seem like the actions of a serial diluter...atleast to me anyway...I believe he has plans for those shares far past what anyone on ihub can see.
