Very good assumption. Kubota (market cap ~ 12B). Foereign made, Japanese owned. Yet you see them all over the states. Even if TYTAN was a relatively small comepetitor, and captured just 10% of this ONE companies' market cap, well 1.2 B market cap with 1.5B O/S = hell ya! .80 PPS with the existing structure.
Certainly attainable, and this is only one company, and nowhere near the largest. You have to figure TYTAN will capture at least some % of the others as well.
When people say 1 buck a share, it is really not "pie in the sky" thinking. It very well could happen, it make take some time (I personally dont see it in 1-2 years, (more like 2-5), however for a true longterm investor a $1 PPS and the ability to buy at this price is a no-brainer... If you can sit tight and hold regardless of the current days "trend/drama".
