You also raised a good point. I overlooked the fact that the $250k of A/R was from the Bogden lawsuit. From my personal experience, collecting a judgment from a lawsuit can be a lengthy process and Bogden filing for bankruptcy probably made it harder to collect. Also, since Mark retained a Collections Attorney, we can assume that the attorney will also get a percentage of the amount that's collected (anywhere from 10-30%).
Guess all we can do is look forward to the quarterly reports. Hopefully some of our questions/concerns will all be answered then.
