As you well know Pink Sheets companies do not even report their finanicals to the SEC. A large number does not even report them to otcmarkets like they should. Like the judge said these securities are like "cat fish". They are the last pick but sometimes it is ok to have hushpuppies and cat fish. So, if one wants every rule followed by the "t" then perhaps a five star Nasdaq company will make them a little happier. Pink Land is the wild wild west. Lots of bones in the west. Will xmdcq just be a pile of bones after Knobbes gets the patents following a nasty chapter 7. Or will our owners step up and save the technology from the trainwreck???????? We all now the past and the "q" was a horrible surpise for the longs. I am glad they did not pr the BK 7 because it would have taken me longer to stop vomitting back then when I found the "q". That morning was bad enough like it was. I had to throw away all my clothes and replace the carpet. Life in the wild wild west. Got to love the pink sheets stocks.
