No backup of what ? Email, and any computer from both parties will have the file. So that shouldn't stop anything.

Seems like it keeps getting pushed along.......

Or are they going to try an postpone... that would at least be better than risking waking up sept 7th with no shares.

dshell................what was the word that is considered to be a spelling error. Did your sources tell you?

Did these sources also tell you that a gulf storm would effect California?

BTW in communications, there is always back up. Faxed papers have the original hard copy and email is usually hosted and kept on a server. I doubt a gulf storm could wipe out all forms of back up.

If the deal isn't completed by the end of the week, your sources would be more accurate about the timeframe then this "deal should be done by the end of the week" that I have heard now for two weeks (imo).
