Been following this for a few weeks now. Currently don't hold a position and just waiting for accumulation to pick back up. Feel bad for the longs cause you guys are getting hammered and I think this company actually has some good things going for it.
220mil OS puts this company's value at approximately $660K (OS*PPS). Considering it had over a million in revenue last year I don't think this PPS properly reflects the company. It all makes sense when looking at all the convertible notes SNWT made with third parties. I'm sure all of them are just bid whacking this thing to a pulp which is why its so low.
I'm on the side lines until it starts trading sideways a little bit. GL and I hope to join soon.
