"CHADQ" is not Chad Therapeutics. Chad Therapeutics is a PRIVATE company. Inova bought Chad's assets & name BEFORE Chad's B/K !
Naples, Florida. (July 24, 2008). Inovo closed on the sale of CHAD Therapeutics’ oxygen conserving assets in February of 2008. Inovo retains the right to market and sell under the name of CHAD Therapeutics. CHAD Therapeutics is now located at 2975 Horseshoe Drive South, Suite 600, Naples, FL 34104. You can reach the Company by calling 800-423-8870, or visiting www.chadtherapeutics.com.
That website no longer belongs to CHAD (the publicly trading entity).
Inovo Inc bought both the name Chad Therapeutics and certain assets from CHAD in 2008 which included taking over the Chad Therapeutics website as this poster correctly pointed out (with supporting evidence) in this post:
The WhoIS information for the chadtherapeutics.com domain confirms this:

CHAD the publicly trading shell sold their name and assets to Inovo Inc then filed for bankruptcy protection from its creditors and discontinued all operations.
CHAD also owes lots of money in unpaid severance pay to the employees they let go when they shut down shop according to the filings:
In addition, we have outstanding certain severance obligations as a result of the termination of certain employees following the sale of our oxygen assets. As of June 30, 2008, the aggregate amount of such severance obligation is approximately $715,000 with $521,000 payable in September 2008, and $194,000 to be paid in December 2008.
CHAD is basically just an empty shell now with a low float that may or may not be granted protection from its creditors and other financial obligations. I'm really not sure the status of their bankruptcy filing or how the outcome may ultimately end up affecting common shareholders.
