Rumor: A company whose name starts with an "L" is interested
in CHADQ, Chad Therapeutics. Because I have a few, I am of course wondering if the remaining assets (if any) could/would be worth
anything. What they are worth in $, the market demand would reflect the value, because wouldn't the clued-in would be buying. So, never mind. I'll just eat my 75K for lite lunch to lose a lot of weight.

I agree.....I am in for a few at 7's. There may have very well been a good reason behind the deletion cancellation. Chad Therapeutics assets were bought out under chapter 7, but the details of the transaction was not disclosed. This could be a shell with little to no debt, in which case at some point we might see a huge run.

Its the OTC and anything can happen. Perception is reality and stocks move very hard on things like this.imo It was reinstated for a reason right? Possibly getting BK change or being cleared or maybe they had something left over that they didnt know previously. Maybe its changed to 11 instead. Could be a lot of things.


its got appeal to it, low OS and float, not many played this before, was a Large market stock at almost 20 bucks a share and all those goodies go into play on investors watch.

Ok I have response from SEC regarding CHADQ. They called me a couple days ago and basically told me that they were surprised it was even still trading, as it is of no value at all! They sold off their assets a while back, along with that was their name and that is what was recently sold, which had nothing to do w/CHADQ.

CHADQ is completely worthless and should be gone in the very near future! End of story!

Yes, if Chad is sold why is this stock still trading? I watched JAVOQ & RZTIQ stocks halted and deleted from trading with no apparent reason. I even question FINRA employee for those deletions who has no answer for me. Thank you for insight about CHADQ.

I have no idea, I cant figure out why it is still trading. Something very strange here, because the sale happened 3 weeks ago and all the details were withheld. I am trying to dig deeper to see what else I can find. If anybody finds anything please post it here.

Chad Therapeutics sold to Drive Medical!

Drive Medical buys Inovo/Chad Therapeutics
'This is just the beginning for us'

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. - Drive Medical announced last week that it has acquired Inovo/Chad Therapeutics, paving the way for it to become a more significant player in the respiratory market.
"This is just the beginning for us," said Harvey Diamond, president of Drive Medical. "We're looking to make some additional acquisitions in this category."
Inovo/Chad Therapeutics will operate as a standalone division of Drive Medical and will continue to manufacture products from its facility in Naples, Fla. Inovo, which manufacturers oxygen conservers and regulators under private label, acquired Chad Therapeutics, a leading brand in the market, in 2008.
Drive Medical already manufactures a number of respiratory products--nebulizers, suction pumps, pulse oximeters and even regulators--but Inovo/Chad Therapeutics will help round out its portfolio and, more importantly, provide the R&D it needs to expand further, Diamond said.
"The respiratory category needs a lot of focus on it; it's a lot different than some of the simpler items that we offer," he said. "We felt that with this acquisition, we could bring in the intellectual property and engineering staff that you need to create solutions that are not equal to what's out there today, but better."
Will one of those solutions be an oxygen concentrator, a big hole in Drive Medical's existing respiratory product portfolio? The manufacturer introduced a stationary oxygen concentrator last year and put it into limited production and distribution, but it never put it into full distribution.
"We decided, as we looked to buy some respiratory companies, that we should hold off," Diamond said. "We're hearing a lot about POCs, a lot about filling tanks at home and even about liquid. We're not sure yet. As we get involved in Inovo/Chad, we're going to start making those decisions."
To date, Inovo/Chad Therapeutics' business has been focused on a delivery model for oxygen therapy.
"This direction provides us with the opportunity to look outside that," said George Harris, CEO.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

So what does this mean to us shareholders? The only thing I could find was that the terms were undisclosed. If anybody knows something or where to look, please let me know - Thx.

As with all "Q" stocks there is always high risk involved when investing in them. Chad Therapeutics will not announce anything until after the fact due to them being in bankruptcy and while there is nothing to report currently the pps drops. On any given day they could drop big news that would send this soaring upwards like it did in early August.

The key is to hold and or even add when the pps is way down until something happens. Nobody is willing to sell below .004 at the moment, so even though it is a gamble if someone wanted to average down, this looks to be the time. Calling a stock a POS just because nothing is happening right now must be due to the fact that someone is down big time and angry, which is understandable, but you have to take the time to dig deep and try to see if there is chance that this will go up again, if not, sell and move on - that is just the nature of the beast when investing in these type of stocks.

The wide spread in pumps is what gives the appearance of a large percentage gain when some unfortunate person buys. The same thing happen when someone sells, except it gives the appearance of a large percentage drop. The pumpers will post the large percentage increase when it suits their pumping purpose, but we all know that the results posted are skewed. This stock is a pump, and nothing more. MANY good stocks to buy if the time is taken to research a few. Put some effort into your picks/choices, and you can be profitable. glta.
