"Sweet" refers to sulfur content. "Crude oil" still indicaters it is a raw petroleum that still requires refinement to turn it into Naptha, kerosene and diesel. Not sure what the significant point is here when comparing to the spec No 2, 4 or 6 heating oil or refined naptha that is ready for use in chemical processes.
Agilyx's website statement contadicts their permit from the state of Oregon!
I'll believe the PERMIT description LONG BEFORE I believe anything posted on their website... "sludge that requires heating to 130 degrees plus to transfer or transport!"
