5.7% MSS for Opteron was the number I had seen too but I lost the link. Thanks for providing it.

I did say closing in on. Dual-core should get them that much closer by Q4.

Thanks for the link, Chipguy. I actually think 5.7% is quite respectable for Opteron, but it's far from the fantasies that the 'Droids conjure up.

Closed in. Opteron 11.2% server share, I thought I had seen an unofficial estimate somewhere ;-).
