If, in fact, SEO has received several offers for the company as some here ascertain, it's possible that the same potential buyer has told SEO that if he wants consideration for the price he's seeking, the company has to meet certain parameters, including acquiring rights to properties that are appealing to the potential buyer and which, for some reason unknown to us, the potential buyer, perhaps for political reasons, doesn't want to buy directly.
