I agree its part of a well-thought out plan, but I don't believe its to make the company more attractive to a potential suitor, although that's always in the cards if someone where to make an offer, however, I believe the primary reason ERHC acquired the Chad acreage, and is seeking to eventually acquire Exile for their well going to production later this year is to list on the AIM and raise $50 to $100 million to either drill themselves onshore while the JDZ/EEZ moves along or to continue to expand and grow if they are able to farm in other companies to exploit the Chad acreage. As far as Tanzania, I believe ERHC is seeking acreage there because the country announced they were a bidder for blocks, Mali, I take that with a grain of salt because Africa Oil and Intelligence has been consistently wrong when they report on ERHC, and consistently confuse ERHC with anything that involves Offor.
