C)onfusing ~~~ in our area when a "warning" is not deemed appropriate ie. strong enough stuff / high enough probability ---- it is ALWAYS preceded by the term: "watch".

Potentially bad - Thunder Storm Watch

Definitely bad - Thunder Storm Warning
