I hear ya Ace however I didn't "make" it up. I just stated an observation and if observations muddy up the water then people are going to have to live with muddy water.
I don't care if it was an Iphone or regular mail, a phone or a fax, or in person. It doesn't matter if he was on an Iphone, thats irrelevant.
What matters is if shareholders get the truth so they can make investment decisions, thats the responsibility of every publically traded company otherwise they should go private and save everyone the grief.
It's all just one more waste time and a distraction.
