Those who believe that they will be able to pick it up at a cheaper price.
Those who have to sell because they need the money .
Those who are selling to get into something else to trade for fast profit. (I have a dentist friend that got into POTG at .10 and sold for 1.20 around a month ago. )
I think those are the main reasons.
Also MM's could be playing around also.
