Maybe they ran out of paper filing all the Pre14's?

when was/is it do? i hope they are not late and even worse if they didn’t file a NT-10Q.

i'll need to look into the filing requirements but if they did the following then that is disappointing

1)diluted the float (still reasonable compared to others)
2)filed 4 Pre-14C
3)didn’t file an NT-10Q
4)didn’t file 2011 Q2's 10Q
5)let their business registration default/expire

i suppose some good news next week will put all the above on the back burner or rear view but these are some of the red flags some people have been talking about.

7/29/2011, was the deadline I think, last time I checked their status on NVSOS, and when I called I think they were in danger of being "noncompliant" and "delinquent"
