Isn't the 10-Q due in mid August? They've always filed an NT first, so expect that.

I think its 45 days so they still have time to throw the NT out there.... I just assumed since they have all their wonderful business contacts now that they would be reporting in a timely manner.

Shhhh don't tell them that CBIS has no business license, I was hoping to flip my last shares at .10 for 42 dollars of pure profit.
