Did you come away from the conversation with any timeframes other than as soon as possible? Was your conversation about just the financials or did you have a chance to ask about the business and business plans? Such as when the mobile processor might be up and running? I can think of other questions I would like to have answers to.
Why would MS Mitchell have to make initial contact with anybody to get anything going? If it is the same firm shouldn't it have been that firm’s job to make sure the handoff of information was handled smoothly? Did this "first" accountant just say kiss my azz and leave one day? Not likely, so therefore I must assume that that persons duties should have been handed over in some sort of orderly fashion. What was the name of that incompetent lawyer again? I don't see any signature on any of those forms released back in june 2010.
If you were going to sign some papers that carried so much weight, would you not go back and make sure all of the I's were crossed and the T's dotted? I mean after all whose neck would be in the wringer if something were amiss?
