Id say more .50
If they acquire this $20 mill rev company they will have to issue shares for it, so have to take that into account. So, with 50 mill AS, lets say they issue up to say 40 million outstanding, amybe wityh some control preferred shares. Then with 40 million outstanding, and $20 million revenue company...then @ 1x times sales revenue that would be around .50 per share, or $20 million market cap.
But, with such a low float, that could go right out the window and possibly go much higher.
Either way you play it, anythintg under .10 is a great entry. Under .04 its a lock!
