yes, we'll have to take into account some other factors as well w the acquired new company, such as growth rate, are the sales growing every yr, operating costs, net profits, length of time company has been operating, etc etc. Then as u say w such a tight float, its hard to say an exact value here but def worth a buy now as a spec play for starter pos at this PPS
