The company lawyer corroborated what was previously released. Was it that corroboration alone or was there something else that caused your "Major Mood Adjustment"?

Ok then miss Mitchel has been around since dec correct?before this press release. Which states the secured a a new "FIRM" to deal with the financial situation.

"Green Oasis Environmental Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRNO), a Florida corporation, is pleased to announce they have retained GBH CPAs, PC, of Houston, Texas, a PCAOB registered accounting firm, as its Certifying Accountant to audit the 2010 financials of Green Oasis Environmental, Inc., and to ensure the financials of the Company remain up to date and current.

On January 21, 2011, Green Oasis Environmental filed the necessary 8-K...."


Your post makes me think of several questions:

1: When and why did the old accountant leave?

2:Is the new auditor with the same company? and will we have to start from scratch?

3: Doese she sell real estate in Yuka?

deitcher, thank you for taking the initiative to phone Sharon D. Mitchell. You have made my day. I expected to see some sort of financial report sometime this month but I don't expect that to happen, now. That's not for the same reasons I had yesterday which have been based on my incorrect opinion of being just another scam following in the footsteps of B.C. Now, I can justify reforming a positive attitude and opinion of the new GRNO and management and support. This is based on a realistic time frame to complete those past financial reports and that it just takes a lot more time than has been expected.
And my apologies to you, too.

I have been following your post and would like to thank you for your DD. This board has done a complete 180 from negative to positive.

It is the company’s responsibility to supply us share holders with financials and stay up to date on fillings. I understand there have been set backs but we must stay on top of management to complete these.

"Additionally, I am diligently working to stay atop of the deadlines and standards that need to be met in order to remain SEC complaint. This is proving timelier than anticipated; particularly because I spend the majority of each day running the Company. I remain a "hands on" guy and am not opposed to rolling up my sleeves with the guys out in the field"

This quote from Peter makes it very clear that he is busy building the business which is great but more attention needs to be paid to getting the filings up to speed, we need to work together to help them understand that filings should be a priority. As much as we all appreciate all the hard work being done building the business it is not fair for them to leave us share holders idly standing by when they have accountants not committed to finishing the job holding this up.

I have compiled a list of GRNO contacts including personal cell numbers and emails, I will be in contact with these people to get across how important this is to us shareholders and I hope all shareholders and potential investors on this board will do the same.

I don’t plan on selling a single share any time soon, but if large shareholders lose faith and no longer wish to wait it could be very bad for the stock and all shareholders.

Remember if you are a shareholder you are an owner and have a right to get information from these people.
