OK folks, I have some news! I just got off the phone with Sharon D. Mitchell, Attorney at Law! And I have just had Major Mood Adjustment.

You see, I had convinced myself that this version of GRNO was as big a scam as the previous version was and that Mr. Margiotta is as big a crook as Carraway is. Boy was I wrong. And boy am I so glad to be wrong!

I figured I owed it to myself if nobody else to call that number and she answered the phone! I asked if she was the one who corresponded with the SEC last December and she replied that she was.

Then I asked the BIG question: Is she now working with GRNO to get its financials audited?

Her answer: "Yes".

I told her she just made my day! She said they have been working extremely hard to get them done but she didn't have any idea how much longer it would take. The auditor she had been working with had left to work at another firm and she just got in contact with the new auditor. She said she is very 'hard nosed' about getting it all done correctly.

I asked about the 10Ks for the years prior to 2009. She said she had told the SEC about that problem. She said she knew Carraway was a liar and of course we know the SEC knows all about him. The impression I got was that the SEC is being reasonable and probably will accept a best effort. We know that Heather Clark in her letters was saying the SEC would be helpful in working with GRNO. She said if she had been on board from the start she never would have approved getting into GRNO in the first place.

Ms. Mitchell has been working for GRNO for almost a year now. She said the documents released in June of last year were not done properly.

I told her I had been convinced GRNO was a scam. She said GRNO definitely had a future.

Ferick, I want to apologize.

Bigoledog, I want to apologize.

Paula, I want to apologize.

And Mr. Margiotta, I especially want to apologize to you for my thoughts of the past couple days. Ms. Mitchell stood up for you and I was extremely glad to hear what she had to say.
