I believe the base is much stronger this go around. The last time, our base was the .0008-.0012 IMO. We are well on our way to "breakout" once get past our new 52 week high!

Nice day today for TOFS
Had to work today and just got home. NICE !!!!! Will be home tomorrow and will be closely watching. Nice higher base forming now. I think the 15s are gone now and we should start to head north. Good looking chart !!!!
