Take the R101 from Polokwane or Mokopane, NOT the N1 highway.
Take the Eersteling Monument turnoff at the following coordinates: S 24 05.092 E 029 14.666

Before gold was discovered on the Witwatersrand in 1885 and even before is was discovered at Baberton or Pelgrims Rest in the Eastern Transvaal, gold had already been mined and crussed here at Eersteling in 1871. "Eersteling" means "the first born".

The cache is located behind the information plaques in a rock "retaining wall".
