Same thing happened last year...the OS was 305M in June last year and 343M to start the year which means the weighted average of 177M at the end of the year was impossible and was reported wrong...If the company is eliminating debt or making "accretive aquisitions" with any extra money they raise who cares? They dilute some, raise extra capital, reinvest in themselves, make more money, buy back shares...rinse and repeat until the company is in the position they want to be! Just my opinion...I have said it before and I will say it again, I am going to hang around for a while and see what happens before I panic sell

Not underwater, I'm betting the increase in O/S is to fuel the expansion of HNSS.

Remember, Black said before that HNSS did not need to sell shares to fund its current operations. He said nothing about needing to sell shares to fund its GROWTH.

We'll see soon enough.
