Don't get me wrong, not exact timing last year but early there was probably some dilution then they started buying back some shares in May/June or something like that...I am sure you get the point though :)
Ditto on the hanging around to see what happens. Black is working hard, we can be sure about that and we will find out what's in store soon enough. We just need to be patient and allow Black the time to create something here. If you can't be patient, sell your shares and move on to something else.
