The problem is you have to try and please everyone like it never happened without running up the SDVI share structure. If the GRAF shares come back, what happens to the float? Looking at the Q2 fin, I can't tell if the GRAF shares are part of the current O/S stated or they are not.
I am waiting to see what happens to the share structure if the shareholders vote for a combo company. I look to market cap when buying a stock and right now, I can't value two companies as one until I know what the SS will be after a merge. I also need to know who owns what to determine if the pps parallels the P&L as I set MY value. Is the company over or under valued relative to market cap when I buy?
