to my knowledge around 350 millionish sdvi shares were converted and placed back into the SDVI treasury. They haven't been retired yet to my knowledge and would still show up as outstanding shares

I believe last time I heard a share count before this there was something like 1.8 billion outstanding in the float and 2 billion authorized, so with the float now 1.3 billionish, it would make sense that the 350 millionish shares are just chillin in the SDVI treasury, so they could in theory be converted back without changing what the share structure was like before.
