A CTO in one province is adhered to by all provinces. Its how the Canadian system works. jmo
This very point was pointed out on the last PR from the company. The article appears to be very vague and misleading because it makes a broad statement, then follows up with specifics. It's almost like the folks writing this article are the ones manipulating.
