In all fairness it is really hard to take a patented invention on to product, not get ripped, and do all necessary to protect the patent.

Up 5% on what would have been high volume a year ago but not that much for mid 2011, but of course markets in general today and month end . . .

You know, the (near) total absence of the Belize alias says oh so very much to me.

Has anyone read the types of restrictions SEC puts on a pink when it is allowed to trade under cloud of investigation - all the extra requirements they put on the brokers, etc. ?
