When i talked with the ICC, one of the first questions that I was asked, was I representing one of the parties. each party is allocated a specific code. i imagine that only the respective parties would have that code. If WM said that the ICC would not answer questions from the company because they would not know if the call was genuine, i think he is playing games. How would the ICC know if the solicitors of IDCC were on the telephone.
Can you imagine waiting for a present of 500 million dollars to be delivered by DHL on the 31/05 on it does not arrive, a normal person would pick up the telephone and ask for the senior partner in the legal office and demand an explanation. Three days later a normal business person would have changed the solicitors and have the new ones in the offices of the ICC looking for the result or an explanation to give to its shareholders.
It seems to me that porky pies and half truths are been put forward by the company. imo
