poche: The world only will know that if something is said to that effect. If the ICC says they are delaying their "decision" another three months....with absolutely no explanation, then IDCC shareprice drops $3.
IDCC pays the price for an unexplained delay, and NOK gets another 3 months to not pay....so you begin to wonder if NOKIA had done this on purpose?(if the above indeed happens)
If it does happen, as stated above, NOKIA has worked the system to the utmost, without any near term penalty.
