Your scam company has no money. They were out of cash in mid June by any and all normal estimates. They are very likely doing something unorthodox or highly dilutionary to raise cash as I type and if you are using the numbers they have provided YOU with, you know that is true. The company has NO CONVENTIONAL DISPLAY OR CABINET BUSINESS OF ANY SIGNIFICANCE outside of the remaining few displays ordered by Lowes in 2009. There are no significant ETC orders for retailers. There are no significant CIMA orders for retailers. There are no significant display orders for retailers other than the aforementioned 20K Lowes order which is winding down toward completion.

No conventional banks have vetted or consented to lend Expo Holdings A DIME in the form of an unsecured loan. Lowes has not vetted Expo Holdings for ANY REASON. Expo provided a ridculously low bid to Lowes for the displays which has been PROVEN to have been priced too low by Expo's constant losses since the contract began, and Lowes accepted it on that basis. Expo is NOT paying down debt with cash on hand. They are INCREASING debt every day they leave the doors open unless they are passing it on to their shareholders through dilutionary or some other unorthodox methods yet to be revealed. Their payment of $50K to a bank was most likely an interest only advance of some sort on funds held by and now absorbed by that bank. Just another of the desperation type, reckless wastes of cash by a company who simply pursues whatever idiotic financial methods it can muster given their constant near broke status. And they do these things knowing that their shareholders, not the officers, will ultimately not only pick up the bill, but the responsibility for their insane management practices.

EXPH shares are WORTHLESS from a conventional valuation perspective (balance sheet). The company is going to dilute or do a RM or R/S in order to further dilute soon. There can be NO OTHER OUTCOME. The company has ZERO credibility with any reasonably educated investors at this point. The ONLY credibility left to Expo and their management is with those entities having no credibility themselves. Any interest held in Expo Holdings will soon be a near total or total LOSS. All the above IMHO.

yep veno

like so many other
factually false aspects *posted*
<in particular> against expo over
the past 20+ months .. it too is WRONG

this is why this actual investor in the co.
took the time and effort and contacted first
the TA for the daily OS from march 2010 to
the present <it's also why i use the KISS
principle on electively reporting OTC co.s
and just use the AS in my calcs> to then
contacting the NV SOS re: the AS header

bottom line is the co. is beyond transparent
they give their shareholders the good .. the
bad and the ugly

i said 20 months ago that transparency was *desired*
until it was actually given

it is clear that what truly frustrates and galls
is that expo holdings survived the NON UNIQUE attn
given to it .. pre orchestrated runs and post the
requisite short to the cellar

and to me it's exactly why that is
