Fortunately
stuck bagholders can still get out before the next round of whatever damage expo plans to inflict on common shareholders is revealed and implemented.
All the combined DD and actual ongoing research on this stock has knocked it down to nothing and this scam has very little ability to get back up. Yay!
Fortunately there has been no argument presented on any aspect of this company that would give a reasonably prudent person any reason whatsoever to buy.
I love that the one set of *actual* financials were prepared by a CPA who was disbarred! Perfect er expo!
Gotta love the scam boys... reverse merger debt ridden mess into shiny new router, pay oneself handsomely, sell sell sell assets, sell sell sell shares created from nothing and live life large!
Kinda sneak out the back door with the loot, keep up the fake riff with shareholders and try to figger out a way to keep the exposcam from completely getting flushed and then have worry to about having some of those loyal, local shareholders coming with a noose.
Oh well, ho hum.

What, LMAO? Ok, Ok...let's forget for the moment that may be the most incorrect statement ever posted in this forum in it's existence and look at it from a validation perspective. OK. You are saying Expo Holdings is "beyond transparent". That they deliver far, FAR more than what is necessary for the average shareholder in a company to understand to make rational decisions. So let me show you how incredibly ludicrous that premise is by asking a few questions that every single shareholder of every single company on earth that is truly "transparent" knows instantly. Then post your answers.

1) Is Glenn Harrs a shareholder in Expo Holdings, Inc. as of 6-30-2011 (and provide ironclad proof of it)?

2) If Glenn Harrs is a shareholder in Expo Holdings, Inc. as of June 30, 2011, how many common shares does he own (and provide ironclad proof of it)?

3) Is James D. Brown a shareholder in Expo Holdings, Inc. as of 6-30-2011 (and provide ironclad proof of it)?

4) If James D. Brown is a shareholder in Expo Holdings, Inc. as of June 30, 2011, how many common shares does he own (and provide ironclad proof of it)?

5) Is Jimmy Kendrick a shareholder in Expo Holdings, Inc. as of 6-30-2011 (and provide ironclad proof of it)?

6) If Jimmy Kendrick is a shareholder in Expo Holdings, Inc. as of June 30, 2011, how many common shares does he own (and provide ironclad proof of it)?

7) Who is the "new CEO" last stated as "currently employed by Expo Holdings, Inc." who was to be named as of January 1, 2011? If you don't know the name, perhaps you can state with unbiased and documented references why they were not named? Or perhaps you can state with unbiased and documented references when they will named? Or perhaps you can state with unbiased and documented references IF they will ever be named? (Provide documented and unbiased proof of any and all claims).

8) How much is still currently owed by James D. Brown and Glenn Harrs to Expo Holdings, Inc. from their 2006 "shareholder advance" from the company that was almost $400K total (provide documented and unbiased proof)?

9) How much did Expo Holdings, Inc. earn (lose) in 2010 (provide documented and unbiased proof)?

10) What is Expo Holdings, Inc. net worth from their balance sheet as of December 31, 2010? March 31, 2011? (Provide ironclad proof of it).

Now those are 10 simple questions most shareholders of even a totally clammed up but legitimate OTC company should be able to answer from memory. Those are the most basic, general and obvious questions associated with the word "transparency" one could ever possibly imagine. Revenues, who is the CEO, do the officers own shares and how many, what is the company's net worth and how much did they earn lose last year, this 1Q? And yet, you haven't a clue as to even begin to answer them. And no one will...unless they are lying or claiming that the proven liars at the company have "provided them" with the information. Which in many cases could technically be a felony since it is all inside information until publicly and simultaneously divulged in the financial filings.

So I am waiting for the dodge or the ignore or the clipped answer with no pertinent information from any entity that falsely claims this company, a company who's "selected" CEO is unknown, who's revenues are a mystery, who's net worth is a secret, and who's officers may not even be shareholders, that THAT company is "beyond transparent", LOL. All IMHO.

As with most issues concerning money and or greed past history gets a glance over. Pertinent figures/numbers taken as a granted or simply missed, Little if any verification is done by investors before they invest. I know for a fact that I never delved into any stocks prior history until about 8 months ago. T

As for Expo Holdings, Inc, what transpired BEFORE March 2010 calls for more than a glance over. What has happened since March 2010 is what evolved from earlier symptoms.
