I have been saying this for many months, and all ppl can do is bash me for being a neggie-
but jimmy crack corn, cause I don't care ; )

I am a die hard long, and have made plenty on this stock
but when mgmt sits on their hands like that we all lose, IMHO

Wouldn't they have known this long ago when the staff atty was ruling for nokia?????
I think they knew that their intial claims weren't as strong as they led investors to believe.Merritt somewhat alluded to that when he related about "stronger add ons".
What they should have done is added another action then with the new patents..that would have saved another year????
