Naturally, I disagree. IMO, this will drag on for many, many months. Rather than the pp or divy, what Owens should do is have N do a private placement and sell shares to that list of 300 at $.0001. The shares would be restricted for one year and the amount of shares would be capped at 20% of N.

Then no one cares what happens to q and all can move forward.
