there won't be a trial imo - a date will be set joe will ride it as far as he can but he knows in all reality its basically over and he will do just like all the dumb azz criminals do -walk into court and plead guilty -but in this case it will be a dismissal - this party is over for joe he lost his back alley bid for mineseeker and sheet on every opportunity that would have helped the shareholder - he has not the money nor the intel(intelligence) to do anything with this shell or any other for that fact -
