The oncologists with whom I have spoken are not shy about using some of their repetoire off label, and they really have not considered using Promacta yet. Thanks for the clintrials update, I was aware of most of the studies. All in all Promacta is a pretty darn good molecule, as I had used it preclinically in various hematopoietic cell lines or receptor transfected cell lines to study growth factor responses.
I still like the opportunity for Promacta more so than Nplate, due largely to the cost of goods issue. Can somebody post the Nplate sales if they have seen them broken down?
