I don't keep a table of Nplate sales if someone does I would appreciate seeing it as well. They were 65 million in Q1 and the sales growth has slowed but is still a healthy 30%+ (y over y). Here is a link to Amgen's Q1 slide presentation

The oncologists with whom I have spoken are not shy about using some of their repetoire off label, and they really have not considered using Promacta yet

Is there any concern about the effect of TPO agonists on cancer progression and/or survival, as there is with the ESAs?
