Midtier...if there was a swap for percentages - JDZ/EEZ for Chad, what percentages would you deem appropriate for ERHC to have given up in the GOG to get the Chad rights?

Don't think you're right on that one, ERHC didn't fail to disclose a material definitive agreement, ERHC did disclose the material definitive agreement when it announced that it had signed a PSC with the Republic of Chad. There is no specific requirement under 8k disclosure that ERHC has to disclose its rights or obligations under a material definitive agreement, if those rights or obligations are material, then all that is necessary is a brief summary. Whether ERHC's rights or obligations under the PSC to Chad are material, that's subjective, and at this point in time ERHC's legal counsel has opined that it is not. What is bizarre is to continue to accuse ERHC of breaking securities laws when it has not.

So what was the point of your comment below, if you feel installment payments was a plus for ERHC?

"It is bizarre. Any country that allows a company to pay a signature bonus over time must be really desperate. I wonder if Chad got stiffed by Energem when they went bankrupt. You would think Chad would have learned their lesson and now be smart enough to get their money upfront. I guess not."

Seems as though you are denigrating the deal ERHC made with Chad.

You remind me so much of this character. (Have some laughs, its good for you. This one is a little more amusing.) - LT

In my mind only companies competing with ERHC would have such a strong desire to see the contract verbiage. What is your motivation?
